Hub becomes hot on use	Compared to the plastic case, the aluminium / zinc case is better for heat dissipation. When the hub is fully loaded, it may reach a surface temperature of around 50°C, and this is normal for products of the USB-C multiport.
My wifi slows or disconnects	In rare case HUB might interfere with WIFI . Reason: USB 3.0 generate radio interference in the 2.4GHz frequency, and this can have an adverse effect on both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth as they operate on same frequency . Solution : – Shift your Wi-Fi installation to the 5GHz frequency instead of 2.4GHz . This can be done from your router settings . 2- Try connecting the device to a different port (which may be further away from the Wi-Fi/Bluetooth antenna in your computer
My bluetooth mouse lags	Reason :USB 3.0 generate radio interference in the 2.4GHz frequency, and this can have an adverse effect on Bluetooth as they operate on same frequency . Solution : However customer can shift to either wired keyboard/mouse . Or connect them through separate Type C to USB2.0 converter

USB drive not working with Mac	Please confirm whether the format of the USB device is compatible. For Example Macbook does not support NTFS file format If it is not compatible, a formatting operation is required . We recommend using ExFAT which is compatible with both windows and Mac
Transfer speed slow	You may observe slow transfer speed due to lack of power to hub . Please connect a power adapter to the hub first when using high-power devices such as high capacity hard drive .
HDMI port not working	1) The laptop or phone must support the video transmission function (DisplayPort Alternate Mode), in order to use this dock . However most devices like MacBook , dell, HP , Lenovo , Samsung phones support HDMI output . Some Devices of chinese brands like vivo , oppo , xiaomi do not support HDMI over type C (Please refer you device manual or check with brand support) 2) Please make sure your HDMI cable support 4K resolution
