Terms of Shipping and Delivery

• We partner with third party logistic service providers in order to effectuate Product shipping and delivery to you (“Logistic Partners”). We shall provide the details of the Logistic Partner which will be responsible for processing the shipping and delivery of any Product(s) purchased by you on the www.93mobiles.com website at the time such Product is processed and successfully handed over to the Logistic Partner by us. Our standard dispatch timelines depends on the pincode to which delivery is made. You can read the estimated timelines on the ‘Product Page’.

• You agree and acknowledge that to effectuate timely delivery of the purchased Products to you, we may inquire or collect specific information like your name, shipping address, billing address, landmarks, contact details, etc. You shall ensure that all information that is submitted by you to us on the www.93mobiles.com is true, complete, accurate and sufficient to identify the actual place of delivery. You understand that, you shall bear absolute liability in case of any failure by us in delivering the purchased Products due to your failure to provide correct, complete, sufficient and accurate information at the time of placing the order.
• While we make reasonable endeavours in ensuring that purchased Products are delivered to you in a timely manner and within the timeline notified to you, you accept and acknowledge that the delivery may be delayed on account of:

• Logistical issues beyond our control
• Unsuitable weather conditions
• Political disruptions, strikes, employee-lockouts, etc.
• Acts of God such as floods, earthquakes, etc.
• Other unforeseeable circumstances.

The Company shall exercise all possible measures to ensure that any product booked on the Website is delivered within seven (7) working days from date of booking of order on the Website if not delivered within Normal selected delivery schedule which is 1 to 2 days subject to successful realization of payment made against the said Order and availability of the product(s). However, user understands and confirms that the Company shall not be held responsible for any delay in delivery of product due to circumstances beyond the control of the Company, provided, the Company takes all required and necessary steps to ensure delivery of the product within mentioned timelines.

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all our products irrespective of the cart value. Octroi charges, wherever applicable, shall be borne and paid by the Company and not by the Customer.

How would I know that my shipping address is serviced?

The information about any pincode being serviced within India can be checked on the Cart Page and Checkout Page once the pincode is entered.

Your shipping address Pin code will be verified with our database before you add the product to the cart. In case it is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we would request you to provide us with an alternate shipping pincode and check the availability.

How will the delivery be done?

Product delivery will be done through reputed courier service providers like Amazon Shipping, Ekart Logistics,  Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, Fedex etc.

Does www.93mobiles.com deliver internationally?

Currently, www.93mobiles.com does not deliver items internationally. However, you are invited to make purchases on the website from anywhere in the world at the same time ensuring the Shipping Address is within India.
