1. Will I get Order Confirmation Details?

Yes. The email ID registered during the purchase process will receive a confirmation order.Also, you can expect an SMS to your registered mobile number as well confirming the order.

2.How many days will it take for the product to be delivered ?

Your purchase shall reach you within 2-3 business days. In case there are any delays, you can connect with us on our customer support helpline.

3.Can I order multiple products in one purchase ?

Yes. Your order will not be split into multiple parts. All your purchases can be made in one single order and it will be delivered cumulatively on the mentioned date of delivery.

4.What are the payment methods accepted?

93Mobiles accepts all popular payment methods. Debit/Credit Cards and all UPI merchants are accepted.

5.What should I do if there is a problem with the product after delivery ?

In case the product delivered to you is damaged or malfunctioning, you can contact our customer support service for grievance redressal.

6.Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?

Once the order is placed, customers have a small window to change their delivery details. However, changes in delivery address will not be entertained 12 hours after order has been placed.
